Job Description
We are looking for Business Manager having 3 to 4 years of experience in Grocery Retail Industry. MSR INDIA LIMITED has been into FMCG Business since Decade, we understand the consumer requirement better than anyone. As we understand the consumer thought process, we had brought the Monthly Basket concept. In Monthly Basket we are giving INR 5,000 worth products for INR 3,500 Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for direct sales, Operations & Procurement.
- Sourcing and Merchandising for Hyderabad Region.
- Formulating and Implementing Sales Schemes.
- Staff Recruiting.
- Delegate the work to the team and checking the daily sales with team members.
- Delivering the top line growth and maintain margins.
- Responsible for planning and execution to drive the budgeted volume and values.
- Maintain sales database.
- Identifying new vendors.
- Responsible for promoting the concept.
- Responsible for timely deliveries of all orders
