Client Relationship ManagementKey Responsibilities: Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Superb Content writing, marketing, public relations skills Knowledge and understanding of technology, web, and latest social media trends. Knowledge of website content Management & Email Marketing. Be able to write blog/content for our ecommerce website. Review the folders pre & post upload for discrepancy or recommendations Monthly Reports Weekly analysis of performance data through various tools like adobe analytics or internal data and pull insights Create a monthly PL marketing report and have a strong understanding of what’s working and not working on various channels Customer Insight. Keep updated on the social media industry’s developments and trends. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives. Writing marketing texts clearly to promote our products / services Self-motivated to stay current on brand related product knowledge and beauty trends The role will include executing campaign.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR15,000.00 – INR20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
