CANDIDATE SHOULD BE FROM AUTOMOBILE SECTOR

§ To provide in house sever and network support and where necessary to work with the outsourced IT provider.

§ To be able to quickly and completely diagnose system faults and to resolve or externally escalate them when required.

§ To be able to learn on the job to put that knowledge to use in reducing the time required to solve issues.

§ To work for the administration of the Company’s communication system including mobile phones, internet connection and telephone system.

§ Work for production and maintenance of documentation relating to the Company’s ICT systems.

§ To support users in the use of computer equipments by providing necessary training and advice.

§ To work with the technical team to ensure the smooth delivery of product and networking infrastructure for the visitors attraction.

§ Ensure maintenance of Server

§ Responsible for taking backup on daily basis

§ Responsible for , creation of new employee id, punching and dms

§ Experience and sound working knowledge of their following area: –

· Windows Server 2008 administration including Active Directory and the use of Group Policies.

· Microsoft exchange server 2008 administration.

· Microsoft ISA Server 2012 Administration.

· Backup/recovery technologies(Backup exec, Windows Server Backup)

· P, Routing, switching and DMS

· Use of virtual desktop

§ Any other work as assigned by the superiors or management

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical Support Occupations: 6 years (Preferred)
