Qualification

Degree or Diploma with minimum 5 years experience
Description

• To assist in all Major and Minor Cardiac and Neuro cases.
• To supervise the theatre and all staff’s work.
• To take care of all the instruments and capital items.
• To maintain all the register (Case register, Waste management etc.)
• To prepare duty roster for all the sisters.
• To maintain the stock of all expendable and non expendable.
• To supervise juniors during the cases.
• To train the juniors for all work with regard to CTOT.
• To execute good theatre practices.

• To monitor sterility in theatre fixtures and accessory areas like washing area, toilets changing room, dining room.
• Maintaining strict pre and post OP counts of Gauge, instruments and needles.

• To supervise the sterilization of operation theatre.
• To clean the instruments after the case and to pack the same for autoclaving.
• To arrange for all subsequent cases.
• To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives
• To be aware of departments performance and objective.
• To carryout data collection/support in data collection.
• To adhere the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient safety and staff safety rules.
• To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
