Responsibilities: –
Develop a complete understanding of our business model, systems, policies, and billing and collections processes.
Execute day-to-day billing and collection operations, including global invoicing and collections.
Responding to all customer inquiries on time by liaising with operations and other key stakeholders in the Company.
Manage all the day-to-day accounting and reporting.
Accurate creation of Quotations, Invoices, and SLAs and sending them to clients.
Following up on payments and addressing all issues raised by clients.
Experience with accounting software like XERO and Wave preferred.
Ability to handle the entire Finance Function independently.
Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
Self-driven and self-motivated person.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
