Responsible for receiving inbound calls at vHealth Contact Centre and driving customer experience.
Position Summary/Mission:
· Responsible to answer incoming calls from customers
· Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
· Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:
· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Background/Experience Desired:
· Previous experience in a customer support role.
· Experienced telemarketing/tele-caller preferably from insurance industry
Educational Requirements:
· Graduate preferred, Not Mandatory
· Min education 12th Pass
