About Team

The role is a part of Banking, Payments & GC’s team. This team is a business team responsible for managing the payments and banking charter in Myntra. The team front faces and leads complete relationship with all PGs/ Banks/Networks. Further, this is one of the most important functions for Myntra’s growth for future success.

This team is responsible for launching India’s first fashion centric online co-brand credit card with Kotak.The co-branded Kotak Myntra Credit Card will empower the fashion conscious consumers to unlock great value on their savings through unlimited transactions.

The Myntra Kotak co brand card adds to the overall strategic objectives of Myntra

and is a consumer facing financial product that is here to stay.

Role And Responsibilities

• To own & deliver on acquisition journey & targets for the co brand card.
• Work closely with the CBC/Payments lead to manage day to day operations & successfully run the Co brand card program.
• Support in building Annual Operating Plan, managing P&L along with biz finance for Co brand Cards portfol
• Map monthly progress of key business metrics, align on digital marketing initiatives & help grow the complete Co brand Card portfolio.
• Liaison & build strong working relationship across internal (Marketing, Product, Finance, Social, Insider, Events) & external (Bank & Network teams) stakeholders across partners.
• Co own the responsibility of sharing business performance, measuring daily success metrics and problem solving for all concerns wrt the co brand program.
• Ensure visibility for Co brand card across all events on Myntra
• Map competition, Benchmark industry trends impacting the Co brand Card business in Myntra.
• To adhere to internal processes and keep the escalations to minimum

Qualifications & Experience

MBA from Tier 1 College with overall work experience of 3-5 years.

Experience in working for a similar portfolio in a bank/ Fintech/ Co brands portfolio in a E commerce / Retail environment.

Understanding of Credit Cards/ Payments platforms will be an added advantage

Strong analytical, Interpersonal & communication skills

Desired Skill Set

Preferred To Have Experience In The E-commerce/banking/Fintech Industry.

Good product knowledge, a problem solver who is proactive

Self-driven with great sense of ownership

Strong display of Myntra values and ethos

High level of interest in learning new things

Good in negotiation and persuasion.
