Responsibilities
This position is based at our Head Office, RS Puram, Coimbatore
This is a multi-tasking role with excellent exposure to all facets of office administration
Handle client enquiries and send proposals
Manage day to day affairs of the Head Office – Manage ERP, send or receive client documentation, coordinate with clients, insurance matters, etc
HR matters – screen CVs, conduct first level interviews and narrow down candidates for final interview
Supervise marketing campaigns for upcoming programs (through NALS website or social media pages)
Report to the CEO
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Minimum experience of at least 5 years in office administration
Graduate with very good communication skills in English – both spoken and written
Knowledge of google drive, word, excel & PPT
Good man management skills
Ability to plan, organise and coordinate
