Position : Sr Manager HR & Admin
Job Location : Vadodara
About the company:
One of the leading names in power engineering and specialized high voltage and high current Transformer Bushings.
Job Role :
Ø Team management: Monitoring office boy, allocation of work to office boys, Housekeepers and admn. Executive. Ensure the cleanliness maintained in the all office area and washrooms.
Ø ISO: Ensure records to be maintained & update as per the guidelines.
Ø Vendor management : Identifying suitable service providers for various outsourced administration activities, which are cost effective, without compromising on service quality levels. Negotiating & finalizing annual maintenance contract for effective servicing and maintenance of repairs, lease agreements for properties.
Ø Employee helpdesk : Employee satisfaction with respect to administrative services, delivery and maintenance and infrastructure services within agreed budgets, implement appropriate suggestions.
Ø Travel, cab bookings, Hotel bookings : Arrangement for the cabs, hotel, ticket booking for the employees and clients.
Ø Communication system: Ensuring working of communication system which includes phone lines, dongles etc
Ø Inventory management Monitoring of company assets & reporting the changes in inventory as & when to the management. Updating the inventory records and verification of records as and when required.
Ø Event management : Managing & organize and manage company events within event budgets
Ø Registers & MIS : Monitoring the Material Inward & Outward Registers, Guest house bookings, stationery register, visitors/vendors register monthly basis.
Ø CCTV, Fire Equipment & Alarm: Ensure smooth function of CCTV & monitoring the CCTV camera and
Smooth working of fire alarm, Refilling, pressure testing as and when required for the fire equipment’s.
Ø Security services : monitoring works and tracking records of all data at security gate
Ø Liasoning: Liaison with Government Department Officials
Ø Any kind of Repair & maintenance work : Take care of all assets repairs
