This role is open to anyone who’s based in Coimbatore and ready to work on a remote basis now, after pandemic the work location is Tidel Park, Coimbatore. You’ll be part of a truly global network by joining Namecheap’s teammates from 18 countries in Europe, South America, Canada, and the United States. For this role, you will join more than 1,500 location-based employees in Ukraine, Portugal, and India.
Who You’ll Work With
You will work with a multidisciplinary team in India, composed of Customer support executives and QAs. You’ll interact with our customers, Product teams and with other Development teams around the world.
What You’ll Do
You will provide technical support to more than 2 million customers all over the world by answering their queries and helping them to understand about Namecheap products and services based on their need and assist them configure our products. If you are passionate about assisting people, troubleshooting and build a career in IT, this opportunity will certainly help you to do it.
