Requirements:

· Finance officer or relevant role.

· Depth knowledge of financial law and risk management practices.

· Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

· Ability to strategize and solve problems.

· Strong leadership and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and people skills.

· CA+CS with minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

· Drive the company’s financial planning.

· Budgeting & Budget Analysis.

· Banking and sourcing funds.

· International Banking.

· Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.

· Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.

· Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.

· Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.

· Supervise all finance personnel(controllers, treasurers etc.)

· Manage vendor relationships.

· Daily MIS.

· Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.

· Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.

· Work closely with the tax department to ensure performance of tax planning.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service.

Contract length: 12-24 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: ₹120,000.00 – ₹170,000.00 per month
