End to end management of furniture manufacturing process.

Plan, schedule and allocate duties to the production team based on their expertise.

Supervise the production process and tracking the task completion as per deadline.

Co ordinate with other departments and planning activities to meet overall production schedule.

Effectively handle and resolve conflicts between the team and recommend productivity improvement measures by training etc.

keep staff updated with latest security process and company policies.

Managing complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in production planning or related role
• Prior working experience in a related firm
• Knowledge about furniture, how much making time does different types of furniture takes.
• Proven leadership, organizational and management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and MES systems
• Strong understanding of production processes and operations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
