Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
• Use data a competitive advantage to create value added services for NPCI
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities based on monitoring the BIU Dashboard from time to time to ensure accurate insights and ideas for Business Development and revenue growth are recorded and leveraged in a timely manner.
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive analytical solutions and enhance business performance. – Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from the BIU Dashboard to ensure timely insights for Business Development and revenue growth.
• Identify high-potential areas based on analytics to drive transaction volumes and card issuances. • Offer unique solutions aligned to the business requirement, keeping the results of the competitive analysis in mind based on different parameters, thereby ensuring a mutual benefit for NPCI
• Act as a PMO to drive business efforts based on a predetermined plan, focusing on efficiency and higher transaction volumes.
