Title: Senior Role Research & Advisory Services

Experience: 15+ years of work experience in banking, financial or consulting advisory sector, preferably in digital payments.

Education: MBA/Postgraduate in Business Management from a reputed institute

To lead strategic research and advisory initiatives that inform and accelerate the growth and market leadership of NPCI’s digital payments platforms and products.

• Provide expert guidance on policies, product strategy, and implementation for NPCI’s digital payment platforms.

• Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives.

• Represent NPCI in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.

• To lead, develop and implement various research and advisory services across various business segments, markets, etc. by analysing market trends, preparing strategic reports while working closely with different stakeholders

• Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout.

• Supervise and review ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with NPCI’s strategic goals.

• Drive cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.

• Contribute to policy creation and updates to align with RBI norms and global best practices.

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the digital payments domain.

• Promote innovation within NPCI by evaluating new technologies and their applicability.

• Prepare strategic reports, policy notes, and board-level presentations.

• Communicate insights, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and external partners
