As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Dispatcher who will be responsible for pre-planning loads and dispatching. This role reports to the Operations Manager. The incumbent takes charge of the entire pre-planning/updating/completing trips process to ensure all shipments meet pick-up and delivery times and are completed according to appointments and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the on-time pickup and delivery of loads.
• Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions.
• Communicate specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers.
• Scheduling and dispatching the Logistics Drivers as well as monitoring workflow to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Monitor and update shipment statuses on the company’s internal applications.
• Building relationships with our truck drivers, supporting them with information and directions for when they’re out on the road. Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries.
• Other duties as required

Qualifications & Key Competencies:

• Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel an asset
• Experience in a Dispatch role is an asset
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Good analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills; attention to detail
• Ability to meet urgent deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills: ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently

We are considering only Dispatch background candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,413.37 – ₹42,525.49 per month
