• In this influential role, you’ll be overseeing key projects, working closely with others to deliver strategic platform deployments
• You’ll write and translate business requirements into functional designs to create appropriate documentation
• This is an opportunity to manage complex relationships with stakeholders, internally and externally, allowing you to expand and develop your network

What you’ll do

As a Head of Policy and Advice, India, VP, you’ll leverage ER as a catalyst for growth by supporting due diligence, re-engineering, acquisition or integration and related activities.

You’ll also manage and coordinate the ER impact of complex business transfers and transactions, ensuring full compliance with local laws and regulations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with global partners and local stakeholders to create engaging teams by implementing global strategies and engagement models
• Advising senior management on key challenges, trends and analysis
• Leading technical and specialist resources, the “employment” case portfolio and associated risks
• Identifying trends and insights across our clients, geographies and policies that link to employment law and commercial appetite
• Informing and driving changes in our group policies and practices on areas that ER services and advises on

The skills you’ll need

We’re looking for someone with extensive supply chain management experience in a leadership role, alongside sound knowledge of best in class practices and processes and emerging supply chain thinking.

We’ll also expect you to have good knowledge of and appropriate qualifications in project management methodologies.

Additionally, you’ll have:

• A high level of understanding of operations, process management and products
• The ability to develop business and technical architectures
• A background in technology governance
• An understanding of internal and external regulatory frameworks
