Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Track stocks of office supplies, equipments & furniture and place orders when necessary Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Assist colleagues whenever necessaryRequirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software (ERP etc.) Any UG prospects with a minimum 1 year of experience as an office admin/relevant field.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer-service oriented Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision Comfortable handling confidential information. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR200,000.00 – INR300,000.00 per yearBenefits:
