ACTIVITIES

1 To achieve planned LOA, NOC and commissioning & other targets set for the State.

• Planning of Annual Divisional business plan and set targets of LOA, NOC, and Commissioning for the state.
• Fix targets of each of the TSM’s to help achieve the ABP targets.

2 Monitor and achieve targets for appointing new franchisee as per ABP

• Submit complete report to zone for a new RO approval.
• Constantly monitor and create new leads for Franchisee appointment, intervene in difficult cases.

3 Develop high throughput, high visibility sites in the division.

• Review sites identified for Flagship RO’s.

4 Monitor and achieve targets for appointing new franchisee as per ABP.

• Submit complete report to region for a new RO approval.
• Constantly monitor and create new leads for Franchisee appointment, intervene in difficult cases.

5 Develop high throughput, high visibility sites in the division.

• Review sites identified for Flagship RO’s.

6 Completing proper legal documentation of all lease franchisee related agreements and other related documents as per the policy.

• Complete proper documentation of Lease deed and franchisee agreement as per milestones.
• Submit docs for finalizing NL & RO on time.

7 Liaoning for mandatory approvals.

• Visiting government officials regularly
• Keeping constant touch and maintain cordial relation.

Qualifications

Graduate Engineer or Post graduate in Marketing Management
