To supervise and monitor retail outlet operations for the zone in order to achieve the sales targets of Motor Spirit, High Speed Diesel, Lubes and NFR. Also, to ensure that the key deliverables are in place. Facilitate early commissioning of RO’s in the ramp up phase.

1 To implement and facilitate Business Plan objectives for the zone. Ensuring achievements of zonal objectives in terms of Revenue and Volume of sales through strategic initiatives
2 Use guidelines & policies to implement marketing plans and branding activities.
3 Ensuring standardization of all Retail Outlets as per company specifications.
4 Ensuring development of high throughput, high visibility sites in the zone.
5 People Management
6 Ensuring proper legal documentation of all franchisee agreements and other related documents to avoid any legal proceeding.
