Nayara Energy Looking For Zonal Head Operations- South 1 at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Full Time

• JOB PURPOSE

To supervise and monitor retail outlet operations for the zone in order to achieve the sales targets of Motor Spirit, High Speed Diesel, Lubes and NFR. Also, to ensure that the key deliverables are in place. Facilitate early commissioning of RO’s in the ramp up phase.

1 To implement and facilitate Business Plan objectives for the zone. Ensuring achievements of zonal objectives in terms of Revenue and Volume of sales through strategic initiatives

• Setting up ABP targets for the zone
• Planning of Divisional business plan
• Setting targets of sales for MS, HSD Lubes & NFR sales for the divisions.
• Implementation of business plan budgets
• Contribute in faster commissioning of RO’s as per ramp up plan with TSM & Team.

2 Use guidelines & policies to implement marketing plans and branding activities.

• Planning of Zonal marketing activities
• Branding activities for the zone & division
• Drive NFR activities by Divisions and team.

3 Ensuring standardization of all Retail Outlets as per company specifications.

• Complete standardization of all Retail outlets in the Zone

4 Ensuring development of high throughput, high visibility sites in the zone.

• Participate in the selection of high visibility sites
• Closely monitor the development of Flagship RO’s & ensure early commissioning.

5 People Management

• Motivating and retaining the field force
• Counsel laggards & if required take stern actions.

6 Ensuring proper legal documentation of all franchisee agreements and other related documents to avoid any legal proceeding.

• Ensure proper documentation of all relevant files in the zone

7 Liasoning

• Liaison with government officials for mandatory approvals.
• Maintain contact with OMC personnel and ensure smooth supplies from their depot terminals.
• Ensuring Compliance of all statutory regulations by divisions.
• Ensuring availability of sufficient indents at Supply Locations.
• Monthly sales forecast of the product
• Regular monitoring of sales & initiate corrective action
• Day-to-day liaison with supply & distribution function.
• Focusing towards strong franchisee relationship through customer relationship management initiatives
• Ensuring cordial relations with the franchisee
• Ensure regular franchisee meets
• Visit RO’s frequently(minimum 6 days )
• SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
• Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
• Graduate Engineer or Post graduate in Marketing Management
• Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:

Relevant Experience: 22+ years’ experience
