Job Description : We are hiring an Accounts Executive who will be responsible for completing all the accounts and admin related tasks.
1. Work on the maintenance of daily accounts in accounting package – Tally ERP.9, GST & ROC compliance, taxation & audit, payroll processing & statutory compliance
2. Work on financial data analysis
3. Work on day-to-day admin work like inventory, vendor & office stationery management
4. Manage the accounts admin profile – accounting work (reconciliation, income and expense booking, payment transfers & petty cash check)
5. Work on processing vendor payments
6. Work on bookkeeping
7. Work on handling and calculating TDS, ST, PT & filling returns for the same
8. Work on ledger scrutiny & finalization of account
9. Coordinate with an external facilitator for internal training initiatives
10. Maintain office supplies & place the order when necessary
11. Keep updated records and files of all personnel
12. Handle travel arrangements & schedules
Note:
- The candidate will be working remotely but may have to come down to the office a few times in a month.
- Candidates living in or near Andheri will be preferred.
- Only female candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
