We are searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Office Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with parents and teachersPrepare internal and external documents for teachers and managementSchedule meetings and appointments and manageAssist school head in arranging events and special daysMaintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documentsUphold a level of work ethicHandle fee collection, maintain attendance, review the school buildingsQualifications and SkillsMinimum of 2+ years of experience in Administration and reporting directly to senior managementAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and softwareProficiency in collaboration and delegation of dutiesStrong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilitiesExceptional interpersonal skillsFriendly and professional demeanourJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Application Deadline: 01/07/2023Expected Start Date: 20/06/2023
