Full Job Description
Managing activities of office administration and human resources department.
Manpower planning, Recruitment, Selection, Induction and exit interview.
Maintenance of leave record, personnel files & other HR related records.
Performance Appraisal.
Efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
Telephone / Electricity Bill, Utilities MIS
Purchase & Maintenance of office supplies and equipment
Process all corporate travel arrangements.
Managing vendor including facility, Courier Services, Printing & Stationery etc.
Liasioning with Government, Semi-Government and Local Bodies.
Provide logistics and admin support for office activities.
Employee benefits training, medical & accidental insurance, PF , ESI etc.
Management of office order and discipline.
Work in close coordination with other functions to deliver the Organizational objectives.
Provide timely support to Management for other activities.
Supervising and guidance to the junior staff.
Qualifications :
The candidate should be a Postgraduate / MBA in HR with 7-10 years experience of HR & Admin, Knowledge of relevant Laws, Statutory compliance, dealing with govt. authorities like PF, ESI, Labour department etc. Familiar with Biometric Attendance & Payroll system & General Administration, vendor management, training development, grievance & documentation. Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills are essential.
Experience :
