NeGD Hiring for Young Executive Programme – MyGov at New Delhi Full Time

The Young Executives joining MyGov will be assigned Project work, which shall broadly focus on the following areas:
a) Innovation: Innovation is at the forefront of New India 2.0. New technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain are taking the center stage in digitally led inclusive development. Simultaneously, with India being one of the largest producer of data in the world – there is a need to transform this data into meaningful and impactful information. Young Executives working in Innovation will engage in ensuring MyGov pioneers positive change through emerging technologies and data analysis.
b) Design: As the Government continues investment in social welfare projects and schemes across States and Departments, Design Thinking has become a key pillar in ensuring maximum benefits for citizens. Young Executives working in this domain will be responsible for ensuring that Government programmes are citizen centric, context specific and easily accessible, using the principles espoused by Design Thinking.

Eligibility Criteria
1.1 Academic
a) Minimum Qualification Criteria – The candidate should either have a Bachelors degree (B.A/B.E/ B.Tech /B.Ed) and/or a Masters Degree (MBA/ Masters in Economics/ Psychology/ Sociology/ Operations Research/ Statistics/ Social Work/ Management/ Finance/ Commerce/ Computer Applications etc.) from recognized institutes/universities.

a) Apart from proficiency in English language (mandatory), the candidate should be proficient in at least 1 other languages Hindi/any Regional language (Reading, writing and speaking proficiency).
b) The candidate should be between the ages of 20 to 30 years as on 01st August 2018
c) Candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
d) Basic knowledge of MS Office

c) Outreach: MyGov has more than 5 Million users who contribute their ideas through discussions and the platform gets more than 10,000 posts per weeks on various issues. Executives working in this vertical are responsible for maximizing outreach via online and offline engagements, using a diversity of mediums.

4. Terms and Conditions
a) The candidates applying for the post should ensure that they fulfil all eligibility conditions. The application submitted by the candidates, regardless of the application stage will be provisional subject to meeting the prescribed eligibility conditions
b) The contract will be for a period of 11 months
c) This contract is not a promise of a permanent job, and therefore should in NO way consider this contract promise for a permanent government job
d) Location: Unless otherwise specified, the Young Executives will be based out of the MyGov office in New Delhi
e) Young Executives are expected to conduct themselves appropriately
f) Supervision: Young Executives will be supervised by the Lead of the concerned Team.
g) Evaluation: Executives will be regularly evaluated by their supervisor.
