About the Role:

We are looking for a Highly Motivated Accounts Head, and help us with managing finance and accounts end-to-end. This is your opportunity to become a part of India’s healthcare revolution, work deeply with the healthcare ecosystem, and save lives.

The role would involve working closely with the COO and company CA.

Please note: This is a full-time role. We’re not considering any consultants, part-timers, agencies, etc.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Preparing & Maintaining Accounts

• Generating MIS

• GST filings

• Maintain ledger/journal for audits

• Purchase Order & Sales order generation

• Invoicing

• Reconciliation

• Expense Management

• Complete tax & compliance adherence

• Managing Inward / Outward remittance

Are you our ideal candidate?

• 2-3 year Experience

• Knowledge & Experience in Accounting

• Knowledge of Taxes like TDS, PF, PT, GST, etc.

• Experience in handling Statutory Audits and Due Diligence

• Experience in handling Banking transactions and relationships with bankers.

• Ability to network well within the team and other support functions.

• Ability to prioritize deliverables effectively and ensure accurate and timely delivery within multiple deadlines.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively.

• Ability to work effectively in a team whilst also being able to work independently when required.

• Experience in procurement and negotiation would be a bonus.

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
