Responsibilities

Primary

• Produce well-researched plagiarism-free content for social media posts, banners, blogs, landing pages, and case studies. Examples can be found on the current website (https://www.neosalpha.com/case-studies/, https://www.neosalpha.com/blogs/).
• Research industry-related topics and prepare well-structured drafts.
• Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone) and can define branding through content tone and words.
• Editing and proofreading the text.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
• Promote content on social media.
• Ability to understand technical solutions as described by the technical team and write in business-friendly language for non-technical users and customers.
• Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization’s mission to inspire ideas and content.
• Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Keep website content updated and in sync with brand tone.
• Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.
• Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of content in search results.
• Update website content as needed.
• Fix any errors or bugs in the content.
• Improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.
• Write copy for email marketing campaigns.

Secondary
