Work Hours: Monday – Sunday (compensatory Off, 9am to 6pm, can be discussed)

Salary: 18000 – 25000 p.m. (negotiable)

Job description:

• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone, whatsapp and e-mail inquiries regarding products and Orders.
• Assist with complaints or issues
• Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
• Follow-up on all customer order tracking and issues to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
• Manage ongoing customer relationships
• Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff
• Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
• Maintain and update regular client feedback and develop customer retention strategy.
• Follow up with Logistics and ensure that the orders reach the customers on time.

Job requirements:

• Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand’s history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
• Proactive personality and self-motivator
• Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment
• Proven to be organized, methodical, rigorous
• Good at MS Office including MS excel, Email.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
