Job Description

:

• Extensive knowledge in US / Canada based staffing
• Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for the US based projects.
• Work closely with recruiting lead or hiring managers
• Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
• Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
• Should be able to handle application tracking system.
• Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
• Having good experience in dice, monster, tech fetch, career portal etc.
• Should have experience in Stakeholder Management.
• Should be willing to work in individual contributor role.
