Relevant Experience – 1-year experience in Helpdesk Support and Linux/cPanel.Technical Strength: Linux, Windows, Should have Basics or mid-level experienced in Linux.POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for Energetic, Enthusiastic and Motivated minds, to be a part of Netrix family.
Over 1-year of experience in Helpdesk Support and Linux/cPanel.
They will be performing Technical support (OS Installation & Configuration, Webhosting, DNS, and VLAN ) using Helpdesk.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Building Dedicated servers and Virtual private servers.
2. Configuring and managing Dedicated Servers via IPMI, IPMI viewer
3. Configuring and managing Virtual private servers using SolusVM control panel.
4. Setting Up, Configuring and managing hardware Raid using LSI , Adaptec and Avago raid card.
5. Configuring On-board / Software raid / OS -level raid for various Operating systems.
6. Setting up Network configuration and configuring VLAN for Windows and Linux servers.
7. Managing DNS servers and configuring Reverse DNS (rDNS) for IPv4 and IPv6
8. Performing Stress test on CPU , RAM test and Disk health and age on a regular basis using Smartctl.
9. Installation and configuration of Apex Server and BBR on Windows / Linux machines.
10. Merging (Bonding) two active network interfaces and configuring IPv4 addresses.
11. Troubleshoot and Fix the bios issue and updating bios to the latest.SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of installation and configuration of Apex Server and BBR on Windows / Linux machines.
Experience in using Apache, Nginx etc.
Knowledge in configuring and managing various Webhosting control panels like Cpanel, Direct Admin etc
Good networking knowledge in various Operating System – Centos, Ubuntu, FreeBSD, Debian, Vmware ESXi and all windows Servers – 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 etc.
Good knowledge in Subnetting and Configuration of IPv6 addresses.
Managing firewall servers and monitoring logs to see any abnormal traffics or DDOS attacks, if found null the IPs.
Knowledge with configuring and managing server backup for clients.
Good knowledge of Custom OS partition and Logical Volume Management.
Experience in MySQL or other Database AdministrationJob Type: Full-time
