Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive to support our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment efforts, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and assist in onboarding procedures.
Employee Records Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
Benefits Administration:Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Assist employees with benefit inquiries and claim processing.
Performance Management:Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing feedback and evaluations.
Assist in the development of performance improvement plans as needed.
Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
Track employee training progress and maintain training records.
Payroll Support:Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.
Office Administration:Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a conducive working environment.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and guests.
Compliance and Reporting:Assist in the preparation and submission of HR-related reports and documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
