Key Accountabilities:

• Supporting business and corporate teams in driving business objectives
• Timely reply to Notice, filing of appeals, closure of tax assessments / issues
• GST Compliance and other Automation
• Tax Compliance within prescribed due dates
• Reconciliation of Tax GLs
• Handling internal and external auditors
• Filing of GST and other refunds

Key Performance Indicators:

• Feedback on quality, responsiveness and timeliness of business support and update Finance team on regular basis and as per defined TAT.
• Assisting the litigation team on providing relevant data and/or documents.
• Handling group company audits
• Ensure that GST compliance is done on timely basis
• Carry out various automation to reduce manual errors and to incorporate new provisions
• Timely filing of all tax returns and ensuring tax payments 2 day before due dates. Maintaining and storing all relevant data such as challans, return copies, reconciliation of Tax GLs etc.
• Timely completion of all audits (both internal and external) and reconciliation of all tax GLs, Monthly reconciliation of revenue vs. GST tax payment and timely passing of all entries, ensuring tax payments within due dates
• Ensuring that all relevant data, documents, records are shared with internal auditors on a timely basis and ensuring that all queries/issues are resolved.

Education : Must be a Chartered Accountant

Experience : Atleast 5years
