Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Producer & Studio Director with a strong background in broadcast media production, live programming, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have played a key role in launching and producing flagship news shows and live events, demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Live Programming & Studio Direction: Directing high-impact, multi-camera live shows using handheld, jib, and robotic cameras. Overseeing execution of special programming and debate shows
• Show Production: Producing & directing primetime shows and national events with a sharp focus on editorial precision, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Graphics & Promotions Management: Leading the graphics and on-air promotions teams. Conceptualizing impactful graphic layouts and video promos for major events such as General Elections, Budget Day, and another high-visibility national coverage.
• Team Supervision & Mentorship: Shift supervisor for prime time show producers. Acting as a trainer and mentor for new producers and directors, nurturing talent and driving quality.
