As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Sales Director to lead our sales efforts, focusing on both website and Connected TV (CTV) advertising, particularly in the retail market and with regional clients.Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Digital Sales Director with at least 10 years of experience in sales strategy, revenue generation, and team leadership within the digital advertising space. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth in both digital and CTV advertising, targeting the retail market and regional clients. This role emphasizes strategic sales, market expansion, and revenue management, with 75% of the role focused on direct sales and 25% on sales operations and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Digital CTV Sales: Lead sales growth across digital advertising on websites and Connected TV platforms, with a focus on the retail market and regional clients.
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
Design and implement sales strategies for both digital and CTV advertising channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and retail market opportunities.
Revenue Growth Market Penetration:
Increase sales by effectively acquiring clients, penetrating new markets, and maintaining long-term relationships with retail clients.
Sales Team Leadership Mentorship: Lead and mentor the sales team, including retail and CTV specialists, providing strategic direction to enhance performance and ensure sales targets are met.
Client Engagement Solutions Delivery: Engage with key retail clients to understand their needs and propose tailored digital and CTV advertising solutions that drive their success.
Market Analysis Competitor Insights: Analyze retail and regional market trends, assess competitor strategies, and use client feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new growth opportunities.
Sales Forecasting Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and ensure consistent achievement of targets, focusing on both digital and CTV advertising in the retail space.Reporting Strategic Insights: Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management on digital and CTV sales, market conditions, and strategic recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive execution of client campaigns and align sales efforts with company goals.
Market Expansion: Travel to various locations as needed for client meetings, industry events, and sales presentations, with a focus on expanding market presence in retail and regional segments
.Requirements: Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in sales strategy, revenue generation, and team leadership, with a strong background in digital advertising and a focus on the retail market.
CTV Expertise: Proven experience in selling Connected TV advertising solutions, with a strong understanding of CTV trends, technology, and sales processes.
Retail Sector Focus: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the retail sector, particularly with regional clients.
Strategic Leadership: Strong strategic thinking, market analysis skills, and the ability to develop and execute targeted sales strategies for both digital and CTV advertising.
Client Engagement: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, particularly with retail clients.
Team Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Sales Operations: Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting, with a focus on optimizing sales processes.
Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent the company.
Education: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
