Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Management: Oversee YouTube channels, ensuring content aligns with business goals.
• SEO & Optimization: Craft SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags to improve discoverability.
• Content Review: Watch videos to identify errors, suggest improvements, and enhance engagement.
• Video Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to boost visibility, watch time, and audience growth.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track channel performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with editors to refine video content and enhance viewer retention.
• Research & Insights: Conduct audience, competitor, and trending topic research to drive content success.
• Keyword Optimization: Leverage marketing insight tools for keyword research to optimize metadata.
• Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor channels to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience range: 2 to 4 years in managing YouTube channels of leading publishers
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience engagement techniques.
• Hands-on experience with keyword research and video optimization tools.
• Excellent analytical skills to track performance and implement data-driven decisions.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
