Role: US – Business Development Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Experiences : 7 to 10 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Identify and target potential clients within the IT industry, including corporations, government agencies, and other organizations seeking IT staffing solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to tailor our services and solutions to client needs.

•     Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

•    Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and tailor IT staffing solutions that align with their specific needs.

•    Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of Neumeric as a staffing partner.

•   Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, actively tracking and reporting progress.

•   Maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

•   Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, secure signed agreements, and oversee the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

•        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

•        Proven experience in IT staffing or a similar role within the staffing industry.

•        Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and job market trends.

•        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
