Responsibilities

· Planning & Executing the shipment from Factory till final destination

· Handle Port to Port,Air, CIS shipment independently

· Coordinate for sea & air shipment custom process

· Coordinate with Shipper, liner,airline, transporter,CHA, Surveyor

· Prepare reports like MIS for Documentation, Operations & Customer Service

· Day to day office coordination & reporting to the Head of Department

· Place booking in shipping lines,VGM,

· Independently handle shipment from factory till final destination

· Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation

· Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.

· Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.

· Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.

· Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.

· Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.

· Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

• Morning shift
