New Gen PackPool Private Limited Hiring for Sr. Operation Executive: packaging at India Full Time

Roles and responsibilities:

1) * Coordinate Returnable packaging projects from RFQ till execution: *

a. understand customer requirements.

b. suggest and design suitable packaging solution, costing and follow up with customer.

c. Costing and submission to customer.

d. Supplier coordination for manufacturing and purchase of returnable packaging.

e. Customer coordination for project execution and supplier coordination.

2) Logistics activities:

a. Coordination with logistic partners for material pickup and delivery from and to New Gen locations.

b. Stock taking from various customer and New Gen locations.

c. Weekly and monthly reconciliation of returnable packages and stock taking.

d. Maintain daily stock at customer locations.

3) Management information system update, management presentation

4) Travel 5- 25% per depending on project

Preferred candidates:

Diploma/ degree engineers (mechanical/ packaging) with 2-4 years of experience.

Experience in packaging industry especially palletization and returnable packaging preferred
