Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist and coordinate all office activities with HR managerEnsure adherence to relevant company procedures and policiesKeep databases in check and update them regularlySupervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office spaceControl the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needsAssist in IT installation and allocationAttend front office dutiesKeep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)Greet and welcome guestsAnswer questions and address complaintsAnswer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messagesCoordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance and renovations when necessaryProvide assistance with different company project as and when requiredJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shift
