Job Description:
The individual in this role is responsible for supporting a student through his/her journey as a student at Newton School. The ultimate goal is to provide a positive experience and enhance relations with students.
Please note that this job requires the candidate to work from our office at Bangalore. WFH is not allowed.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner (VOICE PROCESS)
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of student interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Must haves:
- A bachelor’s degree
- Experience in customer support is preferable
- Max salary of 3.6Lpa (gross), basis your previous/current salary, management retains final right to decide
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
