Expert Management Associate will assist and coordinate the operations of the Expert Acquisition department and will be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES –

• Create and communicate SOPs – and reports for processes in the domain.
• Do the Quality check of the expected deliverable from Mentors/Instructors and Mock Interviewers.
• Establish relationships with full-time and part-time Instructors/Mentors and Mock interviews across the country.
• Scheduling and management of training with Experts.
• Establish regular feedback cycles for all the associated stakeholders.
• Operational assistance for on ground associates before and after Events/Programs.
• Apart from the functions listed above, the new hire may also be expected to assist with peripheral activities.

KEY SKILLS –

• 6 Months – 3 years of experience (Preferably in Mentoring Ed -Tech/Career services domains).
• Proficiency in Excel, Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken & Written).
• Mandatory : Zeal to perform and create an impact, positive mindset, Organised approach. (not to mention 30 mins of foosball/TT with your colleagues everyday 🙂 )
