Role: Graphics Designer / Motion Graphics DesignLocation: Gurugram, HaryanaCompensation: Best in the IndustryRequirement:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in static and motion graphics.
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications especially After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in design plan, concept, and layout of motion graphics.
• Expertise in character creation, illustration, and storyboarding design skills.
• Excellent design sense, including color and typography.
• Degree in film studies, editing or related fields to be given priority.
• Highly efficient in creating motion graphics & understanding the concepts of video editing.
• Should be a self-motivator and possess the passion to create valuable content for the company.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design, motion design/ animation field.

Responsibilities:

• Design static graphics for marketing, sales and product teams.
• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, explainer videos, websites, marketing demos, etc.).
• Prepare storyboard for motion graphic project.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
