Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure IT Administrator to join our team. As the Infrastructure IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing information technology and computer systems, ensuring their smooth operation, and contributing to organizational policy.

To succeed in this role, you must have proven working experience in M365, Azure, MS Teams, and OneDrive support and management. You should also have excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.

In addition, you must be an expert in data center management and data governance, with hands-on experience in windows/Linux server maintenance, installation, and configuration. You should be familiar with best practices in windows server Active directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and WSUS.

If you have proven experience in a network administrator role, hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching, and knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure, we encourage you to apply.

Other essential skills for this role include proficiency in Sophos firewalls and endpoint security policies, rules, and Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. You should also have the ability to set up and configure server hardware and familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
