• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the investment community, including investors, industry associations, regulators, and financial partners.
• Communicate with investors on a regular basis to provide information on company performance and strategic initiatives.
• Assist investors and internal teams in gathering feedback and insights for continual improvement.
• Ensure that all regulatory requirements for investor communications and disclosures are met.
• Craft and share investor materials, and coordinate meetings and events to engage investors community effectively.
• Analyse financial outcomes, market trends, and competitor actions to give top management insights and recommendations.
• Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to network and build relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and policies to address investor inquiries effectively.
• Coordinate collaborative projects with investors, ensuring timely goal attainment, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external investors.

Requirements Educational Qualification & Experience:

• A Masters degree in a relevant field such as business management, finance, or a related discipline. A masters degree or MBA can be advantageous.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in a relevant industry (e.g., energy, renewable energy, battery technology) along with experience in a start-up ecosystem is preferred. Experience in government relations or public affairs can also be beneficial.
• A strong understanding of the battery industry, including battery technologies, trends, and market dynamics.
• Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and venture capital landscape

Skill Requirement:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders and conveying complex information to a wide range of audiences.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry associations, suppliers, customers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the battery industry.
• Understanding of advocacy and lobbying efforts and the ability to represent the companys interests within industry associations and government bodies.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing industry trends, regulations, and priorities. The ability to address industry-related challenges, crises, and emerging issues.
