Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and disciplined individuals to serve as Observers for Compliance Duty during Entrance exams across multiple cities in Gujarat. As an Observer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth conduct of the exam, maintaining a secure and compliant testing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Oversight:

l Monitor and ensure strict compliance with examination policies and procedures.

l Maintain a secure and controlled testing environment.

Exam Administration:

l Assist in the setup and organization of exam materials.

l Verify candidate identities and admission to the examination hall.

Security Measures:

l Implement and enforce security measures to prevent cheating or any form of malpractice.

l Respond promptly and appropriately to any irregularities during the exam.

Reporting:

l Provide detailed reports on the conduct of each exam.

l Report any incidents, irregularities, or breaches of examination security immediately.

Requirements:

l Applicants must be a retired government employee, College Professors, or individuals with master’s degree.

l Discipline and Integrity:

l Demonstrate a high level of discipline, integrity, and attention to detail.

l Basic English – written and oral.

l Must be available for exams conducted 4 times a month.

l Exam schedule: 3 times on Saturdays and once on Thursdays.

l Willingness to work in various cities across Gujarat, as required.

l Compensation will be provided on a per-exam basis.
