What you will do:

• Be the first point of contact for our customers when they visit our service centers.
• Put the customer at ease and offer timely attention.
• Examine the device, document and diagnose the issue and provide the customer with possible solutions.
• Liaise with the technicians to ensure prompt dispatch or repair so that the device can be handed over to the customer as per TAT.
• Be part of a continuous learning exercise to keep yourself updated on the latest products and their troubleshooting and diagnostic processes.
• Be adept in the use of the CRM and other online tools provided.
• Seamlessly maintain all necessary paperwork and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure superior customer satisfaction scores.
