About the company: We are a fine jewelry organization & a bespoke jewelry brand. We provide handcrafted exquisite jewelry that leaves the adorner with a feeling of elation. About the internship/job: Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Greet and meet customers on arrival at the shop 2. Listen attentively to a customer’s needs and give explicit explanations to satisfy such a customer 3. Present the customer with the needed jewelry and provide information such as pricing 4. Provide pricing information to the cashier alongside the weight of the items purchased 5. Work on visual merchandise of the store regularly and layout of VM to be strategically changed every week 6. Send appreciation messages to customers and keeps them informed concerning the latest arrivals 7. Update inventory on excel sheets, website, Facebook & Instagram Shop, etc. 8. Send product images and catalogs to clients 9. Understand the client requirements over phone/video calls Requirements: 1. Must dress professionally at all times 2. Possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms 3. Must be very enterprising 4. Must have the ability to satisfy customers 5. Must be able to perform basic financial calculations 6. Excellent organizational skills will be required 7. Must have a persistent attitude to be able to convince hesitant customers to make purchases 8. Software: Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, InDesign, MS Excel Who can apply: Only those students or freshers can apply who:
