Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities

• Write content for blogs, articles, emails, website pages, landing pages, whitepapers, eBook, infographic, presentations and social copies/ads as and when required.
• Improvise scripts and storyboards for content (e.g., training material, customer facing collateral etc.)
• Ideate on new formats and topics for enhancing our content outreach.
• Coordinate with designers, business resources to create and deliver a high quality content artefact.
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
• Follow and implement best practices for content optimization such as using relevant keywords.
• Evolve content strategy and guidelines and adapt them to new situations (e.g., bite sized videos, vernacular content etc.)
• Proactively maintain and update content regularly (e.g., new awards, new tech features, latest tech trends etc.)
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our internal users and our external audience up for success.
• Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.
• Manage & own monthly content calendar from planning to getting it design ready.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor / Master’s degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, English, or related fields) with 3+ years of work experience curating tech content for tech Products & services especially in the areas of cloud, digital transformation & automation.
• Previous content writing experience across formats (text, social, video etc.)
• Must have managed the whole lifecycle of content marketing and has driven the traffic of the website with continuous new content efforts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience or demonstrable understanding of Global IT Industry.
• Know-how of conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content for blogs, white papers, social media, website, video-scripts etc.
• Experience working with marketing team in developing content for Sales enablement & advertising campaigns (LinkedIn/Twitter/Instagram/Partner channels etc.)
• Skills in Proof-reading the content for errors and inconsistencies, editing and polishing the existing content to improve readability.
• Capabilities in conducting keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase traffic to the website.
