Personal Assistant to Executive Director (Corporate office , Mumbai)

NICMAR is an independent, autonomous, non-government, non-profit entity incorporated in Mumbai.

JOB PURPOSE: Personal Assistant to Executive Director in NICMAR is a highly trusted and confidential role which supports Executive Director in administrative tasks, managing events and helping them to organize their schedule to enhance their efficiency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acting as a point of contact between Executive Director and Stakeholder.

Answering all the phone calls, mail and messages to internal employees as well as external stakeholders.

Maintaining all the details, database, record of meeting and drafting minutes of meeting

Managing and organizing appointments, events and daily schedule of Executive Director.

Taking dictation from Executive Director and available for the work assigned by him.

Updating the schedule as required.

Working under Executive Director

External

Relevant stakeholders.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:

A bachelor/ master’s degree (preferred)with work experience as Personal Assistant to senior authority

Hands on google calendar for scheduling meeting and proficient in excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skill (Marathi and English both).

Soft spoken and pleasant personality

Experience 3-5 Yrs. in similar capacity.
