Summary of Role
As a Manager, Talent Analyst, you will be a key member responsible for managing recruitment data and providing strategic insights. Your role involves collaboration with internal TA team, external partners and agencies, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to data-driven recruitment strategies, tactics, improvements and enhancement plans
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with our internal and external partners and agencies to manage and analyze recruitment data
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruitment data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data quality measures
Generate meaningful insights to contribute to strategic decision-making in recruitment, including trends analysis, forecasting, and identifying areas for optimization
Serve as point of contact for data-related inquiries, providing quick and accurate responses to internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate and analyze recruitment metrics, offering real time feedback to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide regular updates on key recruitment metrics and performance indicators
Lead implementation and optimization of data management tools and systems to streamline recruitment processes
Key Experience & Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of in data analysis preferably with a focus in talent acquisition or general talent management organization
Proficiency in data visualization tools.
Preferred PowerBI and Google Studio
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to understand, interpret, and translate complex data points into actionable insights
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Savviness in recruitment and talent technology.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition analytics.
Familiarity with Lever ATS and SuccessFactors preferred.
