About the job Responsible for overall delivery of all image recognition data within assigned countries. Ensuring weekly deliverable regarding price, promotion, or causal is on time and complete in order to feed the production committed ultimately to the clients. Monitoring progress of vendor in regards to processing of imaging from in store imaged collections. The production lead will work closely with the other production teams, data acquisition, input validation and reference data teams. Responsibilities * Monitor the process of weekly deliverables for various collections (price, promotion, causal, etc.) coded through manual intervention via vendor. Responsible for monitoring vendor work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately to Back office Delivery Leader Responsible for the delivery of the data collected through e-collection to the production teams, in respect of schedule and quality level expected and committed Proactively collaborate with local DA and development team to drive efficiencies in processes and identify opportunities for improvements, implementing change to reduce issues versus working against resolution after the fact. Work with technology and business teams to understand new application functionality and processes and the impact on image recognition processes. Work with local DA in order to implement them. Work with local DA teams to understand size and scope of collection within country and work with development team to adapt the service accordingly Answer issues/questions on BAU work Coordinate alignment with organization that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed. *About you * You have the communication chops to translate processes into conversation or training presentations. While you may have worked with global cross-functional teams, you can also put your head down and focus on independent projects. Seeing the big picture takes attention to details.
