At NielsenIQ, it is important for us to be connected in many ways. As part of the Global Payroll Center of Excellence, the Payroll Administrator will play a critical role in delivering Payroll Services across multiple countries. This incumbent will work cross-functionally with HR and other internal and external Stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely salaries of associates, whilst also identifying and executing continuous improvements to processes. The role reports directly to the Payroll Manager and will support our Payroll function at NielsenIQ.
Responsibilities:
Payroll processing activities, supporting the Payroll teams to ensure pay is processed on time, accurately, completely and in compliance with all regulations.
Support with year end payroll processes .
Ensure all SOX compliant controls relevant to the payroll process are executed
Support with internal and external audit and tax-related activities, including preparation of data and evidence as required
Support with Finance and HR queries
Build positive relationships to ensure successful collaborations to be able to respond to internal payroll questions, and handle ad-hoc payroll requests.
Support with payroll and ad hoc reports as required
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of admin experience ideally in a Finance / payroll environment
Attention to detail, professional awareness, and sense of urgency for employee questions; be able to spot errors or exceptions quickly.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
Excellent communicator and collaborator.
SAP experience a plus.
